OK. I missed a week with the updates and am running a few days behind on this one. For Week 3 I didn’t post an update because my scale was acting VERY wonky. I couldn’t get a consistent reading off of it. I meant to post that, but it was a really busy week. So now we get to Week 4 and I weighed in at 252.1 pounds on Friday morning for a loss of .9 pounds.
So, once again I did NOT make my target. Am I ashamed? Did I fail? Am I a total loser?
Of course not.
As before, I’m adjusting the targets and moving forward. For the next several weeks I am targeting a loss of 1.5 pounds per week and then 1.4 pounds per week until the end of 2019.
That’s my plan going forward. I’m not letting a rough start make me quit. That’s just not acceptable.
