Actions become habits. Habits become attitudes. Finally, the circle completes with attitudes becoming actions. Yes, it’s a circle. You can start anywhere on it and you’ll keep going around and around. That’s because actions, habits and attitudes support each other. Each one builds on the two prior pieces. Doesn’t matter which one; it’s true for all of them. Actions and habits feed our attitudes. Habits and attitudes feed our actions and actions and attitudes feed our habits.
What I’ve written about over the last several posts has been a sequential list of steps that presumes you start at the beginning in the first post. Really though, you can start anywhere. At some point in our lives, we will all need to return to these steps at one point or another. What I’ve laid out over the last several days is something I hope you can return to as needed. If you need an action boost, it’s there. Same for the habits and attitude.
